Onboarding new employees required significant time from existing staff, and there was a need for structured training materials that could also serve as a reference for long-term employees. The solution needed to be engaging, easy to navigate, and effective in improving knowledge retention.

MY APPROACH
I designed an interactive training resource that complemented online learning modules while doubling as a revision tool before assessments. By incorporating clear visual hierarchy, intuitive navigation, and interactive elements, I created a user-friendly experience that supported new staff and existing employees.
The training material streamlined the onboarding process, increased engagement, and led to a high success rate in smart meter knowledge assessments. Employees reported improved comprehension and found the resource easy to follow, reinforcing its effectiveness as a long-term learning tool.
