The client for this pitch has a strong eye for design and creativity. It was essential to have a unique identity that was carried throughout the pitch whilst being engaging for the client.
CHALLENGE
This residential property is situated in South West London, where previously stood a candle factory. Using this as a basis, I selected a ‘flame-like’ font and animated it for a gentle effect.
APPROACH
I delivered polished, brand-aligned presentations that successfully communicated the property's essence, securing a win for this bid opportunity.
